The
Story

A 3-part horror-fantasy graphic novel of marvelous retribution and dreadful delight, Shockheaded Peter is a cautionary tale about the harbinger of punishment and a teenage girl’s desire to join his disturbing crusade. When Shockheaded Peter arrives in the small town of Winding Springs, he sets in motion a macabre game of cat and mouse that has terrible consequences for all the malicious townsfolk. As gruesome and fantastical punishments are doled out, teenage heroine Ruby, a girl with an actual broken heart, discovers her true purpose.

Shockheaded Peter conjures up a crossbreed of 'Labyrinth' and 'A Nightmare on Elm Street'  with Tim Burton vibes; haunting horror with a hint of heart.

Giuseppe Sabè Di Stefano
artist

Should I draw “puppets” in my life as a job? Hello! Sabè here! Since I can remember I have always drawn "puppets" (as my parents use to call comics). In particular I have always tried to imitate great Italian cartoonists like Bonvicini or Pazienza but with an eye overseas to Disney and, little by little, Marvel and DC (like 99% of the teenagers in the world). So I decided to try to merge these worlds. Maybe even try to make a living out of it. Fortunately, there was no shortage of signs that this could happen. I started out with various jobs as a background assistant and storyboard artist for small advertisements on the web. I also worked as a rotoscope animator and background artist for the Italian short film "Nuvole Passeggere". Most recently, I have been working for the past year for Iervolino Entertainment (Rome) on two 3d animated series for Amazon Prime (Arctic Friends and Puffins) as a storyboard artist. I also work as a cartoonist, drawing a Christmas special for Scout Comics’ "Sh*tshow" series as well as two specials for the comic Plainer Jane (Broken Face Comics). So, answering the original question, yes, maybe... well... it's too late to go back now, isn't it?
